Job Summary The Graduate Administrative Assistant position for the Sorrell College of Business is responsible for tutoring and exam proctoring duties as assigned, assisting faculty with grading duties as needed, assisting the School of Accountancy faculty and staff as needed, and performing additional duties as required by supervising faculty.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Must be a current Troy University graduate student enrolled in at least six credit hours.
2. Must have an undergraduate business degree in Accounting.
3. Ability to communicate effectively in English orally and in writing.
4. Ability to become proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
5. Ability to tutor accounting.

Please note: Student positions are FICAMedicare exempt only if students are enrolled in classes in the semester work is performed. To qualify for the FICAMedicare exemption, you must be enrolled on a half-time basis for the Fall, Spring, or Summer.

Work Hours 20 hours per week
