Description: Carroll College is seeking applicants for a Graduate Admissions Specialist. This position serves as a dedicated student advocate and enrollment professional responsible for recruiting, advising, and enrolling prospective graduate, post-baccalaureate, and accelerated program students. Through a consultative and relationship-focused approach, this position guides prospective students through the full enrollment lifecycle, from inquiry to enrollment, for both on-campus and online programs. Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume, and metrics-driven environment, the specialist develops and implements strategic recruitment initiatives, manages prospective student pipelines, conducts transcript evaluations, and ensures timely progression through all stages of the admission funnel.Working collaboratively with academic program leaders, Enrollment Services, Financial Aid, Marketing, and other campus partners, the Graduate Admission Specialist supports institutional enrollment goals through ethical recruitment practices, student-centered service, and data-informed outreach strategies. The position also contributes to the development of recruitment programs, articulation and co-admission agreements, marketing initiatives, and campus visit experiences. In partnership with enrollment leadership, the specialist provides training and support to staff, participates in recruitment events and community engagement activities, and serves as a key resource in fostering positive relationships with prospective students and external partners while advancing Carroll College's graduate enrollment objectives.Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in related field plus 3 years related experience.
