Assist with the coordination and oversight of the strength and conditioning program for the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.
Essential Job Duties
Design yearly athletic performance plans for assigned teams.
Supervise and coach assigned team through the athletic performance plan.
Daily execution of athletic performance plan for the assigned team.
Assist in administering the athletic performance plans for other teams.
Create a testing prescription for your assigned team and help administer the testing
prescription with other teams.
Collaborate and communicate with coaching staffs to create a yearly athletic performance plan.
Deliberately work and communicate with the Athletic Training Staff to enhance the student-athlete experience.
Work to finish any project given by the staff to continue with education efforts.
Attend to daily maintenance upkeep projects along with daily/weekly cleaning sessions.
All GAs work under the direct supervision of full-time faculty and/or staff.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree and admission into the Masters of Science in Exercise Science program.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Preferred Major EXNS Licenses, Certification or Registrations
Must be CPR/AED/First Aid certified, and provide documentation
