We are looking for a committed Audiologist to become a part of our team, focusing on conducting medical evaluations for U.S. Veterans as part of the disability benefits process. In this role, you will assess the medical history of Veterans by reviewing their records uploaded to a secure online portal. Following this, you will administer the Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test. You will also be responsible for completing a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) within the portal, which will generate the necessary medical documentation for the VA to assess the Veteran’s eligibility for benefits.
Key Responsibilities:Note: This position does not involve prescribing medical treatments or devices. The determination of disability is made by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), not by the provider.
