Impact Recruitment is partnering with a growing engineering firm Plymouth, Minnesota. This position will focus on site design, grading, drainage, and permitting in Minnesota.


What You’ll Do:
  • Your position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, supporting projects with: Civil 3D drafting and design, stormwater management calculations and permitting, earthwork calculations, submittals/permitting with municipalities and agencies and coordination with clients/architects/subconsultants/contractors.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
  • EIT Certification (with the ability to obtain PE within 5 years)
  • 2+ years of experience in site design, grading, drainage, and permitting in Minnesota
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Strong knowledge of land development permitting
  • Familiarity with land surveying techniques and construction administration
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a dynamic team environment
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
