This position is well suited for a BSEE graduate with strong hands-on electronics knowledge who wants to build a career in electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, electronics testing, or production engineering.
Candidates who demonstrate strong fundamentals, troubleshooting ability, a hands-on mindset, and a willingness to learn will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Build, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies, printed circuit assemblies (PCAs/PCBs), and camera assemblies in a production environment.
Perform component-level electrical testing and troubleshooting to identify root causes of failures.
Use engineering documentation, schematics, test procedures, and technical information to diagnose issues.
Work closely with engineers to support the introduction of new products and assemblies into manufacturing.
Update and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and test procedures as required.
Help develop and improve repeatable and reliable manufacturing processes.
Support production teams with technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Follow established quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
(BSEE) or Electrical Engineering Technology (BSEET) is required.
Entry-level to mid-level experience in electrical/electronic engineering, manufacturing, testing, or troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with electronic components, PCBs/printed circuit assemblies, or electrical testing.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical/electronic issues down to the component level.
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with electronics manufacturing, assembly, testing, or production support.
Experience troubleshooting PCBs, circuit assemblies, sensors, cameras, or similar electronic products.
Familiarity with test equipment and electrical measurement tools.
Experience creating or updating manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
