    How you''ll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

    The Corporate Compliance Quality team is seeking one (1) Graduate Intern who will have the opportunity to learn from a team with diverse backgrounds through mentorship, professional development, knowledge sharing, and exposure to industry best practices. In this role, the intern will apply academic concepts in real-world settings, including statistical analysis, process flow analysis, modeling, and database management.

    The Graduate Intern will be aligned to the Corporate Compliance Quality (CCQ) - Internal Evaluation Programs (IEP) team, which is responsible for conducting internal evaluations and driving continuous improvement across compliance processes. The intern will support these efforts through research, analysis, and project-based work.

    What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

    • Must be enrolled as a current, active student in an accredited master's degree program at a college and/or university.
    • Must be willing to work a full-time schedule for the full duration of the internship, which may last up to 12 months or longer.
    • Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the internship.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Detail-oriented and able to perform effectively under pressure.
    • Eagerness to accept responsibility and contribute to value‑added projects.
    • Flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Professional demeanor when interacting with all levels of the organization.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
    • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
    • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
    • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
    • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

    What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

    • Knowledge of Smartsheet
    • Pursing a master's degree in Aviation Safety or a related field
