Our Summer Internship Program offers hands-on experience, meaningful project ownership, professional development, and exposure to leaders across the business. Graduate interns contribute to active business priorities, independently manage defined workstreams, and apply advanced academic learning to deliver actionable recommendations and measurable improvements.

Program Dates: June 7, 2027 - August 13, 2027

As part of our U.S. Finance team, you will independently own a defined finance analytics workstream and partner with finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to address a meaningful business challenge. The assignment may span Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Controlling, performance management, consumer insights, or finance transformation. You will translate strategic priorities and complex data into integrated financial plans, forecasts, business insights, and recommendations. You will work with minimal day-to-day supervision, resolve non-routine analytical issues, and support implementation of approved solutions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Independently lead a defined finance project or workstream from problem framing and work planning through analysis, recommendation, implementation planning, and stakeholder presentation.
• Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, forecasts, and decision-support tools using structured assumptions, sound financial judgment, and appropriate data-governance practices.
• Integrate and analyze financial, operational, and consumer data from multiple sources to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and potential financial impact.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day Finance contact for the assigned workstream, gathering requirements, challenging assumptions, resolving data issues, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders on recommendations.
• Evaluate established finance processes, controls, reporting, and analytical tools; recommend and implement approved improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, scalability, and decision usefulness.
• Translate analysis into concise, executive-ready materials; present a clear point of view and actionable recommendations to finance leaders and key stakeholders.
• Track agreed deliverables and, where implementation occurs during the program, assess outcomes against defined success measures and communicate results, risks, and follow-up actions.

Who we are looking for:

• Currently pursuing an MBA or master''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Quantitative Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, with particular strength in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytical, visualization, database, or automation tools is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience applying financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario analysis, or business-performance analysis to a defined business problem.
• Experience integrating and analyzing large or complex data sets from multiple sources, assessing data quality, and communicating data-driven conclusions.
• Working knowledge of financial statements, management reporting, financial planning processes, data governance, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex analysis, challenge assumptions constructively, and influence stakeholder decisions.
• Ability to independently plan work, manage multiple priorities, resolve non-routine issues, work through ambiguity, and deliver accurate outputs within deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of a workstream, collaborate across functions, and move recommendations toward execution with limited supervision.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Hourly Salary: $37-$41/Hour
