The Saint Francis Hospital New Graduate RN Residency Program is your gateway to a rewarding nursing career where learning, growth, and mentorship come together. That's why we've created an immersive residency program designed to help you build a strong clinical foundation, gain real-world experience, and grow alongside other new nurses in your cohort.

Program Requirements

• Must be graduating within the next 6 months or have obtained RN licensure within the last 6 months. • Candidates graduating within 6 months may start after receiving their Authorization to Test (ATT). • All graduate nurses must pass the NCLEX within 45 days of their hire date.

Education Required

Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school. Preferred: Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing

Experience

Preferred: Recent acute care experience.
