The Professional Staff Nurse provides highly competent patient care and treatment while demonstrating empathy and a passion for learning. Shifts/Hours: Our RNs work 12 hour shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays to ensure 24/7 coverage on the floor.
GNs must be eligible for State Board Licensure and must obtain their license within 120 days of graduation. Applicants will be placed in the appropriate job title and salary from the My Nursing Career Ladder based on their individual experience and education.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
BLS (Basic Life Support Certification, but will provide training if necessary.
CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
Graduate Nurses must obtain a Registered Professional Nurse license either in the state where the facility is located or in a state covered by a licensure compact agreement with the state where the facility is located within 120 days of the date of their graduation from nursing school.
