General Description of the Position
Under the general supervision of the Director of Graduate Student Support Services, the fulltime Graduate Processor primary responsibility will include managing the matriculation documentation process. The Graduate Processor will track each student's documents according to program requirements and communicate the necessary information to ensure timely submission of forms. The Graduate Processor will prepare and manage electronic folders designed to aid in the proper assessment of student's academic documents.
Essential Functions & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The following are the functions essential to performing this job:
Organizing students' individual matriculation documents according to program requirements
Receiving and processing incoming matriculation documents
Manage students' individual electronic folders within our Banner Document Management System (BDMS)
Follow-up with students' regarding matriculation documents.
Utilizing Banner Self-Serve, Banner Production, DocuSign to track students' documents.
Assist & Support the Academic Clearance Process
Preparation of materials in advance of scheduled events
Communicate with students, program director and faculty about matriculation documents.
Maintaining of good communication with students, program directors and faculty
Using Microsoft Office Suite, create and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Provide navigation and support through THE MATRIUCLATION DOCUMENT Process.
Assist with the migration of paper folders to electronic folders.
Assist with Matriculation Document presentation

Demonstrated ability to work with an ethnically, culturally, and linguistically diverse student population 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
