Position: Graduate Program Coordinator, Master of Business Administration Division: Academic Affairs Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 FLSA Classification: Salaried, Exempt Position Type/Duration: Full Time/12 months Position Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday (some extended hours and travel may be required) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Lead the development and continuous refinement of curricular materials aligned with educational instruction, policy, systems management, assessment, and leadership dual collaboration to the School of Graduate Studies and the School of Business and Entrepreneurship. Teach up to 9 credit hours per semester in Business, with a focus on the degree program concentrations: Business Analytics and Human Resource Management. Lead the administration and continuous improvement of Canvas and instructional technologies Facilitate effective, interactive, and meaningful course instruction, as needed. Teach assigned classes in accordance with established student learning outcomes. Oversee the evaluation of faculty performance. Administer evaluations of student performance using established course assessments, deliverables, and grading rubrics. Ensure the timely posting of course assignments, instructional activities, feedback, and grades within Canvas, the University's Learning Management System. Adhere to institutional policies, procedures, and academic protocols Participate in synchronous instructional sessions, meetings, or chat sessions as required by the program. Ensure compliance with University timelines and deadlines Support recruitment, retention, persistence, student success, and student satisfaction Ensure the maintenance of regular virtual office hours by program faculty and provide appropriate oversight. Assist in leading assessment, curriculum review, program evaluation, and continuous improvement. Utilize program assessment, enrollment, retention, and student success data to inform strategic planning, continuous improvement, and evidence-based program decisions. Lead the development, implementation, review, and continuous improvement of graduate program policies and procedures to ensure consistency, quality, compliance, and effective program operations. Ensure program alignment with applicable accreditation standards, professional organizations, state and national regulatory expectations, and continuous improvement principles to support institutional effectiveness and program quality. Provide collegial and professional academic leadership in support of the Dean and fully adhere to the academic policies of the School of Graduate Studies. EDUCATION Doctoral or terminal degree in the academic discipline Evidence of scholarly endeavors Evidence of demonstrable teaching and related competence REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Three (3) or more years of teaching experience in higher education. Earned Doctoral or terminal degree in the business discipline related to instruction, curriculum, systems, management, and leadership. Evidence of higher education and business scholarly professional engagement. Evidence of acquaintance with accreditation standards, professional organizations, state and national regulatory expectations. Experience in academic advisement, recruitment, retention, and guided career to business roles. Experience in supervising graduate research and conducting original research. Commitment to excellence in university teaching and to working in diverse and inclusive environments. Ability to use high-quality technological teaching and learning systems for online learning, student files, catalog, the learning management system, and website navigation.
