The Graduate Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator supports graduate enrollment goals for the Jack C. Massey College of Business for current graduate programs of study including: Accelerated MBA Healthcare MBA Professional MBA Master of Accountancy Master of Science in Applied Analytics Several dual-degree MBAs within and outside of Massey. This role coordinates recruitment activities, manages the admissions process, and serves as a primary point of contact for prospective students. This role guides applicants from inquiry through enrollment, ensures accurate and timely application review, and supports recruitment initiatives through outreach events and data tracking. The position works closely with faculty, academic leadership, and campus partners to maintain an efficient, student-centered admissions experience aligned with institutional priorities. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate graduate recruitment and outreach activities, including communications, events, partnerships, and follow-up efforts that support enrollment goals and applicant engagement. Manage and process graduate admissions applications for assigned programs, including application review, verification of materials, and coordination of admissions decisions in accordance with established policies and timelines. Serve as a primary advisor and point of contact for prospective students, responding to inquiries, guiding applicants through requirements and deadlines, and supporting enrollment decisions. Plan and support recruitment and yield events, including graduate information sessions, open houses, fairs, and virtual programming, which may include evening or weekend responsibilities. Maintain, update, and analyze recruitment and admissions data in CRM and student information systems to track applicant progress, monitor conversion metrics, and support reporting needs. Collaborate with faculty, program directors, and campus partners to align recruitment messaging, admissions criteria, and enrollment processes with academic and institutional goals.
