JOB SUMMARY

The Graduate Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for cultivating early-stage relationships with prospective graduate students and ensuring timely, personalized communication to two key lead groups:

  1. Enrollment Prospects – individuals who have not yet engaged (e.g., purchased lists, event rosters, name buys).
  2. Inquiries – individuals who have taken an action to express interest (RFI, event attendance, calling, emailing, web chat, etc.).

This role focuses specifically on lead nurturing prior to the application stage. As students progress toward the application stage, the Graduate Recruitment Coordinator facilitates a seamless handoff to the appropriate Graduate Recruiter or Assistant Director for deeper, program-specific engagement while supporting coordinated communication across the student journey.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Recruiting & Admissions, the Graduate Recruitment Coordinator manages top of funnel communication strategies, acts as a resource for student workers executing call/text/email campaigns, and helps ensure the University’s communications reflect current trends in graduate enrollment behavior.
