    Pay Range: Targeted salary of $920.54, paid biweekly, based on education and experience

    Benefits Eligible: Yes

    Work Schedule: 20 hours per week. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening hours for special events.

    Travel: Not required

    Position Introduction:

    The Graduate Program Assistant will support UReCA through a variety of administrative, communication, and program-support activities (10–20 hours per week). Responsibilities may include collecting and tracking program data, managing email communications, creating and scheduling social media content, coordinating events and outreach activities with campus partners, and collecting benchmarking and assessment data. The assistant will help ensure the efficient operation and administration of undergraduate research initiatives while supporting students, faculty, and program partners.

    Required Education and Experience:

    • Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
    • Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

    • The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented graduate student who takes initiative and exercises independent judgment while working collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students.
    • Successful candidates will be dependable, adaptable, student-centered, and capable of handling sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and attention to confidentiality.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft programs is required, and experience with Instagram and LinkedIn platforms are desired.
