SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Under the direct supervision of an Early Childhood Specialist, the Summer Development Fellow will support HighScope’s projects focused on updating and enhancing the HighScope preschool curriculum. This fellowship is specifically intended for practitioners—such as teachers, coaches, and administrators—who typically work during the school year and are interested in gaining or strengthening their experience in curriculum development and professional learning design. Fellows spend the summer working closely with the Early Childhood Development (ECD) team to ensure updates and enhancements are innovative and meaningful for the current needs of preschool educators and the children they serve. Fellows work four days per week (32 hours total) for an eight-week period at a rate of $30 per hour. The fellowship runs from June 2026 through September 2026, with the final schedule determined in coordination with the supervisor. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
