Job Description:

The Graduate Student Worker will support staff in the implementation of the Avanzando to Success and Avanzando Through College programs. Responsibilities include assisting with workshop and event coordination, student outreach and engagement, program communications, data collection and tracking, and other administrative and programmatic activities. The Graduate Student Worker will work collaboratively with program staff to support student success initiatives and enhance the academic, personal, and professional development of program participants. The position will also assist with activities designed to promote student persistence, academic achievement, leadership development, and successful progression through college.
