Looking for a seasonal position with excellent earning potential and the opportunity for long-term employment? We're hiring Grain & Agronomy Operators for the upcoming harvest season. No experience is required;training is provided.
Position Details
Seasonal position starting August 24, 2026
Monday Friday, 7: 00 AM 5: 00 PM
Weekends and extended hours required during harvest
Significant overtime available throughout the season
Opportunity for permanent employment after harvest based on performance
$1, 000 Hiring Bonus
Employees hired between August 24 and September 30, 2026 are eligible for a $1, 000 end-of-season bonus paid on or before December 1, 2026 (or earlier if the season ends sooner).
Job Responsibilities
Load and unload grain commodities
Blend and load dry and liquid fertilizer and chemicals
Perform light maintenance and housekeeping of grain elevators
Load railcars at designated facilities
Operate heavy equipment when certified
Qualifications
No experience necessary;training provided
Agricultural background or mechanical aptitude is a plus
Must be comfortable working in a dusty environment
Must not have allergies to corn or grain
Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
No high school diploma or GED required
Must wear over-the-ankle work boots that are at least 50% leather (steel-toed boots are not required)
