Pay: $19.26/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7: 00 AM 5: 00 PM with weekends and overtime as needed during harvest

Looking for a rewarding seasonal opportunity with the potential for permanent employment? We're hiring Grain & Agronomy Operators to support harvest operations in Red Cloud. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active and being part of the agriculture industry, this is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience while earning overtime during the busy harvest season.
No experience? No problem! Training is provided.
Responsibilities
Load and unload grain commodities.
Blend and load dry and liquid fertilizer and agricultural chemicals.
Load railcars at designated facilities as needed.
Perform light maintenance and housekeeping duties around grain elevators.
Operate heavy equipment when certified.
Work independently and as part of a team to support daily grain and agronomy operations.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
No experience required training provided.
Agricultural background or mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required.
Enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to work in a dusty environment.
Able to occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds.
Dependable, safety-conscious and willing to work overtime during harvest.
