Monday Friday | 7: 00 AM 5: 00 PM | Weekends & Overtime During Harvest
A company in Roseland is hiring a Grain & Agronomy Operator Lead to support daily grain and agronomy operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading by example and working independently or with a team in a fast-paced agricultural environment. Training is provided for motivated candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide and assist team members with daily grain and agronomy operations
Load and unload grain commodities safely and efficiently
Blend and load dry or liquid fertilizer and chemicals
Assist with loading railcars at certain facilities
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Analyze and help resolve operational issues
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Operate heavy equipment when certified and needed
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance required
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Leadership skills and willingness to assist others
Mechanical aptitude preferred
No experience required;training provided
