Grain Elevator Operations SupervisorFull-Time | Competitive Pay | Career Growth OpportunityAbout the Role:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Grain Elevator Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day activities at our Johnston Siding facility location right outside of Lincoln, IL. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality grain handling operations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee grain receiving, shipping, handling, conditioning, and gradingEnsure accurate inventory tracking and grain quality controlPrepare for and manage rail loading operationsOperate and help maintain elevator equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairsUphold and enforce safety and housekeeping standardsRequirements:Previous experience in grain elevator or ag facility operations preferred, but not requiredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsComfortable working at heights (4ft - 25ft) and climbing ladders dailyAbility to direct others and communicate effectivelyCommitment to safety, efficiency, and teamworkMust be able to work with or without reasonable accommodationWhat We Offer:Competitive compensationOpportunities for advancement and skill developmentSupportive, team-oriented work environmentThe chance to make an impact in a vital agricultural industry
