Grain Operator - 2nd Shift
Location: Fairmont, NE
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour (Higher pay available based on experience!)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 12: 00 PM - 9: 00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do
As a Grain Operations Worker, you'll help keep daily operations running safely and efficiently by:

• 
  Receiving, storing, cleaning, packaging and shipping grain
  
• 
  Loading and unloading trucks and organizing grain
  
• 
  Loading approximately 30 rail cars each week
  
• 
  Operating truck dumps safely and efficiently
  
• 
  Performing general housekeeping, sweeping grain and washing the facility
  
• 
  Assisting with general maintenance tasks
  
• 
  Operating equipment such as forklifts, Bobcats and payloaders after training
  
• 
  Working with customers and providing excellent customer service
  
• 
  Supporting production operations in a corn-processing facility
  

This is a production-focused grain facility not seasonal harvest work providing consistent, year-round opportunities.
Schedule & Overtime

• 
  Monday - Friday
  
• 
  12: 00 PM - 9: 00 PM
  
• 
  Typically 40-55 hours per week
  
• 
  Rotating weekend schedule (approximately one weekend every six weeks)
  
• 
  Additional overtime available during harvest and as business needs require
  

Qualifications

• 
  High school diploma or GED required
  
• 
  Ability to perform physically demanding work
  
• 
  Able to lift 50-100 pounds
  
• 
  Comfortable with bending, climbing, walking and working in varying weather conditions
  
• 
  Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  
• 
  Customer service skills are a plus
