Grain Operator - 2nd Shift Location: Fairmont, NE Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour (Higher pay available based on experience!) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 12: 00 PM - 9: 00 PM Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do As a Grain Operations Worker, you'll help keep daily operations running safely and efficiently by:
Receiving, storing, cleaning, packaging and shipping grain
Loading and unloading trucks and organizing grain
Loading approximately 30 rail cars each week
Operating truck dumps safely and efficiently
Performing general housekeeping, sweeping grain and washing the facility
Assisting with general maintenance tasks
Operating equipment such as forklifts, Bobcats and payloaders after training
Working with customers and providing excellent customer service
Supporting production operations in a corn-processing facility
This is a production-focused grain facility not seasonal harvest work providing consistent, year-round opportunities. Schedule & Overtime
Monday - Friday
12: 00 PM - 9: 00 PM
Typically 40-55 hours per week
Rotating weekend schedule (approximately one weekend every six weeks)
Additional overtime available during harvest and as business needs require
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Able to lift 50-100 pounds
Comfortable with bending, climbing, walking and working in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Customer service skills are a plus
