We are seeking an experienced Granite Fabricator to join our countertop fabrication team. Job Summary As a Granite Fabricator, you will fabricate and finish granite, quartz, and other natural stone countertops according to detailed job specifications. This role is responsible for polishing, edge profiling, drilling, cutting, and repairing stone surfaces while maintaining high quality standards and production goals. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a stone fabrication shop, countertop manufacturing facility, granite fabrication environment, or related construction trade. Key Responsibilities Fabricate granite, quartz, and natural stone countertops according to work orders and job layouts Perform polishing, edge treatments, drilling, cutting, shaping, and finishing of stone products Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy Complete stone repairs and touch-ups as needed Read and follow fabrication specifications and production schedules Safely operate fabrication equipment and tools Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Meet production and quality standards Assist with training and sharing product knowledge with team members Complete required paperwork and production documentation Qualifications Previous experience as a Granite Fabricator, Stone Fabricator, Countertop Fabricator, CNC Operator, or similar position Knowledge of granite, quartz, marble, and other natural stone products Ability to read and follow fabrication drawings and job specifications Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed Preferred Skills Experience operating CNC machinery Experience with AlphaCAM software Forklift operation experience Manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or countertop industry experience Working knowledge of fabrication tools and equipment Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday Frequently lift, move, and carry materials Ability to lift up to 80 pounds Operate fabrication machinery, power tools, forklifts, and computer systems Work safely around heavy materials and manufacturing equipment Equipment & Tools Used CNC stone fabrication equipment AlphaCAM software Polishers, grinders, drills, and fabrication tools Forklifts and material-handling equipment Measuring and layout tools Calculator and basic computer software Why Join National Design Mart?
