Key Responsibilities


As the Grant Accountant, you will:



  • Manage grant accounting activities and ensure compliance with funding requirements

  • Perform accounts receivable functions and monitor grant reimbursements

  • Prepare account reconciliations and support month-end close activities

  • Assist with financial reporting and grant-related analysis

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and support audit requests

  • Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate grant tracking and reporting


Qualifications


Ideal candidates for this Grant Accountant role will have:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics required

  • 3–5 years of accounting experience

  • Experience with grant accounting, accounts receivable, month-end close, and reconciliations

  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
