THA is seeking a Grant Coordinator to organize the administrative, planning, and reporting activities necessary to successfully administer various grants awarded to the organization. This role involves preparing required grant documentation and reports, monitoring performance activities, and tracking departmental grant performance. The Grant Specialist will ensure grants are administered in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Additionally, they will provide guidance on grant compliance and help build staff capacity and knowledge in grants management. This is a full-time, non-exempt position requiring 40 hours per week.

Based on the position’s duties and requirements, this role has a base hourly rate of $23. The initial hourly rate will be determined by the selected candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
