Grant Funded--Grant Coordinator

The Grant Coordinator for the Creative Arts Collective for Christian Life and Faith coordinates and implements the grantmaking strategy, focusing on the Network objective to cultivate and sustain a thriving network in Christianity & the Arts among grantees and grantee alumni. As part of the grant operations team, this position reports directly to the Associate Director of Grant Operations and coordinates a high volume of grants each year with high attention to detail building effective internal and external relationships. This includes assisting with all grantmaking processes, ensuring compliance while managing a portfolio of grants and grantee relationships. In addition, the grant coordinator should keep abreast of current events, developments and issues in the field of Christianity and the Arts to meet the Creative Arts Collective objectives.

Primary position responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of active grants and grantee relationships.
• Coordinate programming and event logistics to cultivate an active grantee and grantee alumni community, to build and sustain the network.
• Assist in coordinating all necessary processes and paperwork associated with grant portfolio, collaborating with the Associate Director of Grant Operations, Budget & Contracts Manager, Office of Sponsored Programs, and Legal Team as needed to assure accurate, secure, and efficient processing of all grant information.
• Monitor the performance of grants, reviewing interim and final reports, and maintaining constructive contact with grantees throughout the grant cycle.
• Coordinate communication, connection to other team members, and meetings with grantees within grant portfolio.
• Conduct site visits with grantees to observe their projects and build relationships.
• Participate in and support the grant adjudication process as needed.
