    Job Description

    Position Summary
    Transform lives by being dedicated to the project management and execution of specific grant projects. Provide primary day-to-day coordination and oversight for federal and state grants. Work collaboratively with project teams including faculty and staff, College leadership, industry and small business partners, community organizations, and funders to coordinate project timelines, deliverables, performance measures, reporting, documentation, and resource needs.

    Limited-term position with an anticipated end date of December 2027.

    This position could be remote with minimal on-campus requirements.

    Duties & Responsibilities
    Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, deliverables, work plans, and performance measures.

    Coordinate project team meetings with project teams including faculty, College staff, and project partners.

    Monitor project progress and coordinate solutions to challenges, delays, or changing project needs.

    Ensure grant activities remain aligned with approved project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

    Coordinate communication and collaboration with funders, industry partners, community organizations, and other stakeholders.

    Develop and maintain relationships that support advanced manufacturing workforce and small business objectives.

    Manage partner responsibilities, activities, and deliverables to support successful project implementation.

    Facilitate stakeholder feedback to inform project activities and continuous improvement.

    Facilitate collection and review of programmatic and performance data to measure progress toward grant project objectives and outcomes.

    Monitor project resource needs and grant expenditures in collaboration with Business Services and appropriate College personnel.

    Coordinate with the Grants team, Grant Accountant, and other College departments to support appropriate grant-funded purchases, contracts, and expenditures.

    Maintain organized project records, including plans, correspondence, meeting documentation, reports, performance data, and deliverables.

    Provide regular project updates and information to College leadership, funders, project partners, and other stakeholders.

    Identify opportunities to strengthen project effectiveness, industry partnerships, and sustainability beyond the grant period.*Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and effective practices to support future initiatives and funding opportunities.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor’s Degree in public administration, business, finance,, accounting, or related field required.  Equivalent education and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

    Minimum of 2-years of experience in grant administration, federal programs, public procurement, compliance, auditing, contract administration, or related field preferred.

    Experience in interpreting regulations, policies, or contractual agreements is preferred.Demonstrated use of technology and Microsoft Office applications required, especially Excel functions.

    Must possess excellent problem resolution, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.

    Must possess ability to:

    Compensation is dependent upon experience and qualifications.
