Role Summary 


Entry‑level reviewer responsible for reading, scoring, and evaluating grant applications across Telehealth, EHR upgrades, diagnostic equipment, rural health innovation, mobile digital services, and technical assistance programs. Supports funding decisions that expand care capacity in rural and Tribal communities.


Required Skills

• Basic Office Administration (6+ months) — document handling, data entry, email management, scheduling, file organization
• Attention to Detail — accurate scoring, consistent application of evaluation criteria
• Reading & Analytical Review — ability to assess written proposals and identify strengths, gaps, and compliance issues
• Time Management & Workflow Tracking — meeting review deadlines across multiple funding streams
• Professional Communication — clear written comments and scoring justification for program staff

Preferred Skills

• Behavioral Health Knowledge — familiarity with BH programs, services, or community‑based interventions
• Tribal Health Systems Experience — understanding of Tribal health delivery, governance, or culturally responsive care
• Program Implementation Insight — ability to evaluate feasibility, scalability, and operational readiness
• Health Services Experience — exposure to clinical, administrative, or community health environments
