Grants Analyst - Non-Profit

A non-profit organization located near Mid-Wilshire is looking for a Grants Analyst on a hybrid schedule. The Grant Analyst will be responsible for working with federal, state, and county grant funding sources on billing, analyzing various grant funding sources, allocating grant funding, analyzing department budgets, revenue forecasting, as well as analyzing grant billing and invoicing. The Grant Analyst will manage fiscal compliance, assist with budget development, as well as prepare fiscal reports. The Grant Analyst will assist with grant reporting, audits as well as ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related discipline is preferred.
• At least three years of non-profit grant (federal, state, and county) finance experience.
• Non-profit/grant accounting & finance background is essential.
• Must have very good time management and communication skills.
• Strong database, technical experience is required (advanced Excel, Google sheets, etc.).
• Pay, $80 - 85k.
