Your Role:
- Research and identify grant funding sources and other opportunities to financially support LFCS programs.
- Coordinate and compose grants and reports to foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
- Monitor grant compliance, outcomes and reporting requirements while partnering with program leadership.
- Leads the agency's efforts to achieve and retain accreditation.
- Drive a culture of improvement through the organization's emphasis on date driven decision-making.
- Assist with agency surveys, feedback collection, reporting and recommendations for improvement.
- Promote a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support leadership and staff in identifying risks, solving challenges, and implementing best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Social Services related field.
- Knowledge of quality improvement practices, data-informed decision-making, staff training, and process improvement, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn systems such as Apricot and Airtable.
- A creative problem solver with a strong understanding of organizational goals and a passion for advancing LFCS's mission will thrive in this role.
