Grants and Contracts Administrator - Clinical Research at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children''s Hospital in Spokane, WA
Under the direction of Clinical Research leadership, the Grants and Research Administrator assumes responsibility for the management of grants and contracts for the research program at Providence Inland Northwest Washington (INWA), specifically within the Providence Medical Research Center (PMRC). This position will ensure full compliance with both sponsor and organization rules and regulations, thereby, reducing risk to the organization. The Grants and Research Administrator will work in partnership with caregivers at the Providence Research Organization (PRO) to achieve successful and compliant contract performance. With the assistance of the Principal Investigator, the Study Team, and the Manager of Clinical Research, the Grants and Research Administrator will develop and submit all required documents to the PRO for review. Documents include, but are not limited to, budget, budget justification, statement of work, letter of support, letter of intent, etc. Performs additional duties under direction of the Manager of Clinical Research to ensure that organization meets its financial and regulatory obligations. This position requires strong attention to detail and organization to be successful.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate''s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
