They are known for their collaborative culture, strong commitment to their mission, and focus on responsible stewardship of donor and grant funding.Job DescriptionManage post award grants and contracts administration from award through closeout. Monitor grant budgets, expenditures, and funding allocations to ensure compliance and accuracy. Prepare and review financial and programmatic reports for funders and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to donor regulations, contract terms, and organizational policies. Partner with program and finance teams on budget development, forecasting, and revenue tracking. Support audits, monitoring visits, and compliance reviews. Maintain grant and contract documentation and reporting calendars. Strong knowledge of grant compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting. Experience managing government and private foundation funding. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
