About the Indiana Office of Energy Development (IOED):
The Indiana Office of Energy Development (OED) was established to shepherd the state's energy plan. OED focuses on the development and implementation of comprehensive energy planning for the state that utilizes all of Indiana's energy resources and supports a strong, dynamic, and growing economy. OED strives to be a national leader in the creation of innovative policy solutions and programs for affordable, reliable energy.
Role Overview:
The Grants Director oversees the Grants Division, which is generally responsible for researching, developing programs and associated materials, promoting the grant programs, and managing awarded State and Federal grant programs that support the agencys goals. As the subject matter expert on federal financial assistance regulations and special terms and conditions of awards, you will as a technical grant resource for the agency, providing training and other support to staff on grant program matters, along with resolving grant program needs and issues.

This is an onsite role in the IOED offices at the Indiana Government Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Salary:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $67,314.00 but may be commensurate with education and work experience. Use our Compensation Calculator to view the total compensation package.

This position is exempt from overtime compensation for additional work hours that may be required to complete essential functions or other assigned work. Exempt employees may work more than 75 hours in a pay period without additional compensation and must report a minimum of 75 hours per pay period of work hours and/or paid leave taken to receive their base biweekly salary.
