In this position it will be necessary to demonstrate proficiency in the following:
Proficiency in financial management, budget oversight, and grant writing.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in general ledger maintenance and financial reporting.
Problem solving skills to effectively manage challenges related to grant implementation, tracking, procurement, and reporting.
Thorough understanding of 2 CFR 200 compliance and reporting requirements, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and funder guidelines.
This position will support the newly established Wildland Fire Management Program.
Preferred - Experience in grant administration.
