Title: Data/ ETL Developer

We are seeking a Data & ETL Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and models that support analytics, reporting, and advanced data science initiatives. This role works closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure reliable data access, transformation, and delivery.
Data Engineering & Development
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Spark (Scala preferred)
Design and implement efficient data models to support analytics and reporting
Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across data systems
Optimize large-scale data processing workflows
ETL Pipeline Development
Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery
Implement data access and transformation processes across multiple data sources
Design efficient data structures to support downstream consumption
Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline performance and reliability
Development & Collaboration
Follow established software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to support data needs
Document data flows, models, and pipeline processes
Experience with Apache Spark (Scala preferred)
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts
Knowledge of ETL pipeline design and implementation
Experience with data access, transformation, and data structures
Familiarity with software development processes and version control
Experience with graph data science or graph databases
Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Dagster
Exposure to distributed data processing environments
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, understands scalable data architectures, and enjoys building reliable pipelines that enable data-driven decision-making.
