The Graphic Design Coordinator will assist with designing a suite of print, digital, and social media marketing pieces, the rollout of a digital asset management platform, Photoshelter, and branded template creation, photo management and brand consistency.

This is a hybrid position with one day a week in-person in the office.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: 2+ years relevant experience required.

Licensure: None.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Technical skills: experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
  • Design skills: a solid understanding of core design principles like color theory, typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, alignment, balance, and visual communication
  • Problem-solving skills: the capability to understand the request, identify challenges, and creatively develop effective solutions that meet project goals and client requirements
  • Detail-oriented: meticulousness and accuracy in executing design elements, ensuring precision in typography, alignment, color consistency, and overall design quality
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication skills
  • Graphic design skills for print and digital
  • Photography editing and asset management
  • On trend social media idea generation and execution

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.

COMPENSATION

This position will pay $25/hour.

July 2026 - December 31, 2026 with option for extension
