Job Summary:
The Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator at Doffo Winery supports the marketing and sales teams by
executing campaigns, brand design, managing social media, and creating compelling content that drives
brand awareness and increases sales. This role is responsible for organizing and aligning all
marketing efforts to ensure consistent, effective promotion across all channels.
As part of the Doffo team, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in growing the brand
and sharing the story of our family-owned winery, products, and experiences with the
world.

Responsibilities:
Communication & Collaboration
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand
consistency and timely delivery of marketing materials
Clearly communicate marketing strategies, campaign goals, and timelines to team
members
Provide direction and updates on creative needs and project progress
Graphic Design & Content Creation
High degree of creativity and innovation to develop unique, effective marketing
strategies. Takes initiative to contribute creative ideas and enhance brand
storytelling
Design visual assets for campaigns, events, and digital platforms in line with brand
guidelines
Ensure all content maintains consistent messaging across digital and print platforms
and customer touchpoints
Create promotional materials for both digital and print, including flyers,
advertisements, and wine club inserts
Develop and schedule organic social content for Doffo Winery and MotoDoffo,
including video, graphics, images, and captions across all platforms
Assist in event-related media development, ensuring cohesive branding across all
promotional materials
Resize and adapt existing creative assets for different formats while preserving brand
integrity
Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and tone alignment
Coordinate with vendors for outsourced creative services such as printing
Other design & creative projects as requested
Strategic Planning & Analytics
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaign plans
that align with sales and brand goals
Analyze marketing metrics and report on performance to inform data-driven
decisions
Collaborate with the sales and wine club teams to align promotions with customer
engagement goals
Professional Development
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship in branding, digital marketing, and
design
Stay current on industry tools, trends, and best practices
Pursue certifications or continued learning opportunities as needed
Job Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong grammar and proofreading abilities
High degree of creativity and innovation to develop unique, effective marketing
strategies and assets
Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous
time-sensitive projects
Familiarity with multi-channel marketing, including social, print, email, and digital
Analytical mindset with ability to assess and report on campaign effectiveness
Proficient in tools such as Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics,
Microsoft 365, and Dropbox
Comfortable using or learning DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio
equipment
