RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports marketing functions across all offices, including market sector and business unit marketing for new and existing clients
- Collaborates with other marketing professionals and internal partners to create visually compelling graphics and documents that represent our brand
- Conceptualizes graphic design ideas and content, working with marketing director and others
- Translates concepts from text into graphics that tell a story and support pursuit and proposal efforts
- Creates and strengthens brand awareness
- Conducts and coordinates printer proofs and quality checks and corresponds with vendors
- Uses graphics to enhance key messages and communicate strategy.
- Conducts research, interviews, and collaborates with subject matter experts to create engaging visuals
- Creates and collaborates on document layouts and templates
- Participates in outside professional organizations that support the design specialist position.
- Photographs internal/external events and projects, as needed
- Performs videography and video editing, as needed
- Supports corporate awards programs
- Adheres to brand guidelines in all visuals
- Ensures brand standards are met and consistent across all marketing and proposal materials
- Develops content for social media and other external publications
- Coordinates, supports and attends marketing-related events, trade shows, and client engagements. Coordinates relevant materials, including promo items, ensuring brand standards are met.

- Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Fosters a positive reputation in the industry by building relationships and identifies project opportunities aligned with strategic plans, and goals.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication preferred
EXPERIENCE
4+ years (AEC marketing preferred)
Portfolio Required
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Intermediate knowledge of creative and design software, Adobe Suite preferred
- Basic knowledge of Hootsuite and WordPress preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint required)

SALARY AND BENEFITS
The salary range for this position is $69,250 – $87,750 annually and is dependent in experience and title/rank of position offered.

Compensation
Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, participation in our employee stock ownership program (ESOP) on your first day of hire, and eligibility in our annual bonus program. Annual ESOP contributions and bonuses are dependent on company performance and are not guaranteed from year to year. Both ESOP and bonuses are calculated on one’s eligible compensation for the year.
Holidays and Paid-Time Off
Employees get seven paid holidays (designated) and one paid floating holiday.
PTO may be used for vacation, sick time, or other personal matters and is based on years of employment and years of experience.
