Job Title: Graphic Designer 2
Location: Remote ( PST hours )
Salary Range: $30/hr to $32/hr on W2
Introduction
The Client 365 NextGen Content Team is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create high-quality templates, presentations, documents, and workbooks across PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual craft with storytelling, practical production skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to create scalable, polished content for a broad customer audience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of graphic design experience with a graphic design portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, composition, and visual design skills.
- Experience designing professional content in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of template design, presentation design, document layout, and workbook formatting.
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices for presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Experience designing within established brand systems or design guidelines.
- Strong production-design discipline, including file cleanup, formatting precision, and quality control.
- Proficiency with Client Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience using design tools such as Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud and demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Client Copilot or similar.
- Ability to follow creative direction, interpret briefs, and apply feedback efficiently.
- Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality templates for PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel workbooks.
- Create layouts, visual systems, and reusable design components that support a wide range of customer scenarios.
- Apply strong design judgment to ensure every template is clear, polished, accessible, and easy to customize.
- Format and refine files for consistency, including typography, spacing, alignment, color, imagery, tables, charts, and content hierarchy.
- Translate creative briefs and content requirements into practical, customer-ready template designs.
- Support template production workflows by creating, editing, and quality-checking files across Client 365 apps.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product partners to incorporate feedback and improve template quality.
- Maintain strong attention to file structure, usability, accessibility, and cross-platform presentation quality.
