The Graphic Designer supports the planning and execution of graphic design and visual communication activities, providing graphic design support across organizational initiatives, programs, partnerships, and communications projects. About the Position

Working in close partnership with internal teams, external stakeholders, vendors, and production partners, this role supports cross-functional projects by developing high-quality, brand-compliant visual assets across print, digital, environmental, and promotional applications. The role serves as a collaborative partner to coordinate graphic design requests across the foundation, contributes to the implementation of brand standards, visual identity, and design best practices, manages design project intake and prioritization, coordinates print production and vendor relationships, maintains digital design assets, and helps ensure consistent, accessible, and high-quality visual communications across a variety of platforms and initiatives.
Success in this role requires strong organizational, analytical, creative problem-solving, and project coordination skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities, support cross-functional collaboration, and exercise professional judgment in developing visual communications that align with organizational priorities and established brand standards. The role also requires attention to detail, adaptability, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a collaborative approach.

Physical Demands: In the work environment described, this position requires utilizing a computer and a telephone for prolonged periods of time, good hand-eye coordination, bending and stretching, and the physical stamina to lift and transport a minimum of 10 pounds. Work Environment: Work is performed on-site (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) in a professional, climate-controlled office environment with standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and telephones. This role requires working in an open setting near colleagues. The noise level is typically low to moderate. The role also requires regular interaction with both the public and internal team members in a professional and courteous manner. Some travel may be required, including occasional overnight travel, and a flexible schedule may be necessary to accommodate business needs, including occasional evening and weekend work hours.
