Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Boston, MA | Pay: 50-70/hr
Contract Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

Job Description:

• Design and produce a wide range of marketing and communication materials across print, digital, web, and mobile platforms.
• Create visually engaging layouts, graphics, illustrations, and branded assets while adhering to established brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, creative team members, and marketing stakeholders to translate concepts into polished final designs.
• Apply strong design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, photography, and page layout, to create impactful visual communications.
• Contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions during brainstorming sessions and project development.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are consistently met.
• Coordinate revisions, address project changes, and communicate risks or issues proactively.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and best practices to continually enhance creative output.
• Support production and execution of creative deliverables across multiple channels while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3 5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print, digital, web, and marketing collateral.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, composition, branding, and print production.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, project management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro for motion graphics or video editing.
• Working knowledge of Figma for UI/UX or collaborative design workflows.
• Familiarity with animation, multimedia production, and digital content creation.
• Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms.
