Graphic Designer Requirements:
- Associate degree in Graphic Design, Marketing Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Two years of graphic design, website administration, or digital marketing experience preferred.
- Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Microsoft Office, website CMS platforms, and related digital tools.
What you''ll do as a Graphic Designer:
- Design print and digital marketing collateral.
- Create graphics for social media, email, advertising, events, fundraising, and internal communications.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Manage design templates and digital asset libraries.
- Update website content, images, documents, and page layouts.
- Maintain formatting, navigation, and visual consistency across website pages.
- Coordinate content revisions with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor site accuracy and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist with email marketing graphics and content preparation.
- Support photography, basic video capture or editing, and digital signage updates.
