Description
PURPOSE
Provide original, creative design concepts that advance the mission of the CRCNA agencies by maintaining brand consistency, budgets, and schedule expectations to ensure effective visual communication across ministry materials.
This position is full-time at 36 hours a week and offers a hybrid work schedule, an attractive benefits package (including retirement fund contribution), and three weeks of vacation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following
Assume responsibility for original and creative designs for web and print.
Provide original, creative design concepts to meet customer needs, and work with customers through revision processes to fine-tune designs and provide final deliverables.
Work directly with customers and print production staff to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and specifications.
Design and manage the scheduling of digital newsletters for various CRCNA audiences.
Create and format new CRCNA web pages and update existing pages according to customer requests.
Assume responsibility for the organization and follow-up of assigned jobs to meet the schedule and projected costs.
Observe accurate and consistent housekeeping procedures, including ticket creation, naming, archiving, and organizing.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Ministry Support Services Director.
