Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing and communication materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our marketing and communications team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements
- Develop and maintain brand identity and ensure consistent use of branding across all materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs for campaigns and events
- Create graphics and visuals for social media, website, and other digital platforms
- Design and maintain templates for presentations, documents, and other materials
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the needs of the target audience
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of materials
- Assist with other design projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with graphic design for both print and digital platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of printing processes and techniques
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus
