Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Create layouts for brochures, booklets, banner ads, billboards, and video assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Illustrator).
- Develop culturally diverse materials tailored for specific target audiences, including layout preparation for up to nine languages.
- Solicit bids through the state procurement system, coordinate timelines, review proofs, and evaluate the performance of external printers and translators.
- Maintain design file organization and collaborate with state and local WIC staff to ensure all materials align with program priorities.
- Produce presentation aids and conference materials while providing technical design assistance to project managers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience managing print production, vendor bidding workflows, and multilingual layouts.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong file organization skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating design for diverse audiences.
