This role isnt just about making things look good - its about translating brand strategy into high-impact visual materials. • Collab with M&C strategists and Campus Partners (CPs) to understand project goals, present your concepts, and professionally incorporate feedback and revisions.
  • Manage projects from initial kickoff through final production. This includes preparing print-ready files and coordinating with vendors or digital teams.
  • Prioritize multiple overlapping assignments to ensure all projects are completed effectively and delivered on schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud on a Mac platform, with a foundational understanding of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • A strong eye for composition, hierarchy, and clean typography.
  • Experience in Canva is preferred for collaborative marketing material.

  • Currently enrolled student, preferably majoring in Graphic Design, VCT, or a related field.

  • Portfolio: Please include a link to your online portfolio or attach 3-5 PDF samples of your work with your application.
  • Skills Test: The interview process includes a short technical skills test. Top candidates will also be invited to complete a "take-home" branding challenge with a 48-hour turnaround to demonstrate their design approach and brand alignment.
