Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create compelling, on-brand visual assets across print anddigital platforms. This role collaborates closely with internal marketing teams and external vendors to develop high-quality creative materials that support multiple business divisions, including hospitality, dining, retail, events, sports, and entertainment. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented designer with strong creative skills, excellent production knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce marketing materials for print and digital channels, including advertisements, brochures, menus, flyers, invitations, email graphics, social media content, web assets, signage, presentations, banners, and promotional collateral.
  • Support marketing initiatives across multiple brands and business units while maintaining consistent brand standards.
  • Translate marketing strategies and business objectives into visually engaging creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to develop projects from concept through final production.
  • Adapt creative campaigns for multiple platforms, audiences, and formats.
  • Prepare accurate, organized, production-ready artwork for print vendors and digital distribution.
  • Review proofs, verify content accuracy, and implement revisions with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized creative assets, design files, templates, and internal resources.
  • Manage multiple deadlines while delivering polished, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute creative ideas that support marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, in-house marketing department, or similar creative environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional print and digital design work.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, branding, and design principles.
  • Experience preparing production-ready artwork for print, signage, digital platforms, and vendor handoff.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong proofreading and quality control skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to accept feedback, adapt quickly, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience balancing creativity with business objectives and established brand standards.
  • Interest in supporting a diverse portfolio that may include hospitality, retail, restaurants, sports, entertainment, and events.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Ocala, Florida area.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience designing for hospitality, luxury, retail, restaurant, sports, entertainment, or destination brands.
  • Experience supporting multiple brands within a large organization.
  • Knowledge of print production, pre-press processes, and signage fabrication.
