Requirements

• Experience with email correspondence and customer service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Familiarity with graphic-art or print-production software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and order accuracy

• Ability to work collaboratively with printing and warehouse teams
• Ability to review print-job details and identify discrepancies

Job Duties

• Manage internal and external email communications
• Respond to customer and team inquiries professionally
• Process and coordinate graphic-design and print orders
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and graphic-art software daily
• Deliver print jobs to the appropriate printers
• Coordinate with warehouse employees throughout the day
• Confirm that orders are printed correctly
• Review print-job details using graphic-printing software
• Verify order specifications before production
• Monitor order progress and communicate relevant updates
• Provide customer service and resolve basic order questions
• Report printing errors or order discrepancies
• Assist with additional order-processing tasks as needed
