Summary:The Graphic Designer brings a great eye to the day-to-day of our social channels. Most of the time, this is a hands-on design role: creating social assets that keep our channels fresh, active, and on-brand. This person helps shape the look and feel of individual pieces and brings strong ideas to their own assets — always working within, and true to, our established brand.
Our work often means translating cutting-edge technology and complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals for broad audiences — turning something dense into something a general audience immediately gets and wants to engage with.
When a major campaign spins up, the work shifts gears. In those stretches, this person works as a production designer and partner to our Art Director. Work off of design books and stakeholder asset lists, they will produce a high volume of polished assets across formats, from banners and signage to social posts, swag, and decks. The right person can move fluidly between the two: leading their own social work between campaigns, and locking in to execute cleanly and fast when a campaign ramps up.
This rhythm is part of the job. Expect focused, high-volume pushes during campaigns, followed by calmer, more self-directed stretches. Great candidates are energized by that variety rather than thrown by it.
