Job DetailsOur company is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. We are a leading player in the Renewable Energy Industry and we need a creative individual who can bring fresh ideas to the table. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing digital and print designs for our marketing needs. The Graphic Designer's duties will range from creating company logos to designing promotional materials, website layouts, and various other visual communications. This is a permanent position and requires someone who can work independently, has a keen eye for detail, and is able to meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize, design, and develop a wide range of materials including but not limited to web pages, digital ads, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, flyers, and banners.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual designs with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
3. Use graphic design software to create drafts, models, and prototypes.
4. Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and continuously strive to enhance design quality and efficiency.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring all deliverables are achieved on time.
7. Participate in brainstorming sessions to share design perspectives and ideas.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
3. Proficiency in Figma
4. Proven experience with web design, HTML/CSS, and ability to optimize designs for various platforms.
5. Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills.
6. Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
8. Motion or video experience.
9. Passion for renewable energy.
